Comparing the two outputs of the batteries the lower spec one is 15% less and in my experience that margin is too much considering Renaults don't like to much variation in voltage output. The biggest load on a car is the starter motor trying to churn an engine on a cold frosty morning and the lower the votage the harder it has to work - there is nothing which will cause a starter to burn out more quickly than low voltage. Now that you have the spec required why not try battery suppliers for comparative prices.
In my experience stick to what is recommended. I remember being caught in a situation where I lost a half days pay simply because my car failed to start one morning and when I sat down and worked out what I had lost it was less than the extra cost of the correct battery.
