Follow the link below. There are a few pictures showing the
sensor. It's the banana shaped piece of steel that holds the sensor in place. You will need to open the two bolts that hold that in place. The pictures are of a 1.4 engine, but the sensor is in exactly the same place in the 1.6. I changed one in my fathers 1.6. it is very straight forward.
