The hub nut is very tight, ideally when refitting it should be torqued up correctly so that it doesn't come undone and so that you don't overtighten it causing strain on the wheel bearing.
Also i doubt you will be able to remove the wheel bearing to put into the other hub so you need to add one of those on your shopping list.
Oh, and depending on which hub your removing, be carefull not to pull the driveshaft out of the gearbox.
