There will be a circlip or some sort of retaining clip on the back of the wheel bearing.

Depending on the wear the insides of the bearing usually fall out, its the outer race thats difficult to remove, usually requires a garage with a press but i have managed to get them out by leaving them overnight soaked in WD40 or similar and then carefully let rip with a large hammer.

Keep the outer race then use that as a drift to fit the new bearing, but make sure it goes in straight so it doesn't jam in the hub and be carefull not to damage the new bearing.
