WhatCar gave a better figure, but I'm sure it was still well below worth.

Anyone care to give their opinion? Total mileage is below 5,000 (he doesn't drive much, but has had a new battery fitted because of that)

Scenic 16v Dynamique+ (1.6 manual petrol) 5DR

Platinum Silver with diamondguard paint protection

Reg Oct 2002 (52 plate)

Tax Oct 2008

MOT Oct 2008

Twin electric sunroofs

Alloys (I think)

6CD autochanger

Air con & climate control

Mileage 4,800 (yes, < 5k)

Previous owners none

Showroom condition (garaged)

Glass's valuation was (top whack) 2460
WhatCar 3765

Or is he dreaming...

Thanks for listening

edit:: just noticed there's a better part of the forum to have posted this. Dang
Hi there mate only just noticed your post, I was a trader for a while before I started mileage correction,I would say that the car is worth around 3850 private but sometimes that sort of mileage can often put people off a bit I have never been asked to recalibrate a odometer back to that low even on perfect cars that only had 25 thousand on them

I hope that you get a fair price for it mate.
