Disconnecting the battery cured "Sensor Fault"

I've just read through these posts since the front OS spring broke and took out the tyre. After fixing the spring I used my spare while the tyre was being replaced.

I think using the car without the roadwheel in caused a front OS pressure "Sensor Fault", the tyre symbol also disappeared from the display. Earlier I had the red "Stop" message with the spare tyre which I ignored.

I decided to try disconnecting the battery to get the tyre pressure monitoring back to normal.

The battery was disconnected for about 5-10 mins then when I started the car the sensor was back displaying 35psi, all ok.

Excellent advice, thanks to those who suggested it.
