It sounds like the hot/cold diverter flap for the passenger side is jammed. Either that or an electrical fault on the motor that drives it. I don't recall ever reading about this problem here, so I think you may be entering unknown territory

The voice synth is probably a loose wire somewhere. As Scatz says, check out the speaker first, as it's about the only bit that's easy to get to. This post here might help you to locate and identify the other components.

For Scatz: "Side lights faulty can mean that a number plate lamp or front side light bulb is out. The latter isn't obvious unless you check with just the sidelights (no headlights) turned on.
