Alright mate, I guess you're getting the all the other lights coming on when indicators or brakes are on?

Stupid question but...... have you just tried removing the cluster and cleaning all the contacts with a wire brush? The circuitry on light clusters is normaly made of fairly thick type steel plate, not very accurate but only way I can describe it! Have a look at the pic below. Sometimes water can get in and cause corrosion between the lines and short them out causing all the lights to come on when only the brakes or indicators are meant to be on.
