We have an update...
Having written to two senior RCC managers, I have just taken a telephone call from one of them intimating that my complaint was being researched with senior REA management, but not to expect a result until after the Easter break as they were now shutting down for a few days.
The gentleman expressed concern and sympathy and actually said that in my shoes, he would feel the same way. He added that Renault want their dealers to be up-front and to tell their customers what the whole job entails and quote a price for all the work at point of entry.
I will keep you updated with any progress next week, meanwhile I must go see my local independent about an itemised service list for my Lag.
