As already said in my previous post I was not questioning the integrity or safety ALLYZ66 car but rather what appears to the fraudulent issue of MOT certificates. This directly affects all other honest road users and pedestrians. Additionally it would seem the terms of the insurance are not being complied with which in turn would make any insurance null and void. Guess who gets to pick up the bill should an accident occur - yeh you probably have guessed - it's us other honest motorists. In this case I can see at least 4 aspects which just don't seem fair or honest.
1. Fraudulent issue of a MOT certificate
2. A breach of the law regarding DVLA
3. Misrepresentation to an insurance company
4. Unjust charges to other honest motorists

In my view this behaviour is just not acceptable
