Sensors & Coloured bands on wrong wheels

1. There is no pressure sensor in the spare

2. I don't think you will need any re-programming.
In your case your wheels must have been switched for the rear right symbol to disappear when the front left has been replaced.

None of my wheels are in the correct place as per the label on the door.

I don't think it matters providing they are in the same place they were when last programed (which yours arn't).

Renault reprogramed mine last year when a valve with a metal cap corroded off, they did not comment on the bands just programed them as they were.

You could lower the pressure in one wheel at a time and go for a spin to check the correct wheel is being monitored.

When you refit the repaired wheel you may find that the sensor does not detect it, that happend to me. I disconnected the battery for 5-10 mins (get radio code ready) then at the next start up it was there.

Hope this helps
