I had my Scenic attended to yesterday and this morning I received my official notification from Renault advising me of the problem. This is after the Renault Recall Helpline told me 3 days ago my model wasn't affected.
The notification arrived in a "Recorded, to be signed for" envelope, which was just pushed through the letterbox. It appears Royal Mail are no better than Renault at doing their job right.
