The plastic cups were available cheaply enough on
last time I looked. I was going to buy some, but settled for buying a second seat for the Clio, so I didn't have to muck about with the IsoFix in the Laguna too often.
A more serious problem is that Renault made a mess of the IsoFix fittings on the early Lagunas, meaning that (as Matt says) you have to cut the car's seats in order to fix an IsoFix seat. It's fixed on the 2005 facelifted model (there are hidden zips that can be undone so that the seat rails can slot through and clamp onto the brackets) but if you have an earlier example, then you may have to cut the seats or make do with a non-IsoFix car seat.
