Dent on the front wing, repairs?

Had a little incident a couple of weeks back, and the body shop just isn't playing with getting me an appointment to see whats involved in the repairs. So now I'm wondering about not bothering with the insurance at all and popping it back myself.

Its on the passenger front wing, and the area behind the light has been knocked in a bit. You can see a bit of the top of the bumper.

Its not obviously dangerous - no broken metal.

Is it possible/practical to try and pull the metal back into shape and then touch up a bit of the (only slightly damaged) paintwork?
