There are two options - first you may be able to wiggle a tube down the filler pipe although many cars have anti-syphon traps fitted. What many mechanics do is remove the sender unit (usually under the back seat) on top of the tank and syphon out via the hole on top. If you are a member of a breakdown organisation they may be able to put you in touch with an organisation who specialises in the process - they normally have a special pump for the job and can dispense of the contaminated fuel. Also remember the fuel lines and pumps will need flushed and the fuel filter will also need changed. Modern diesels just don't take kindly to have petrol in their fuel systems. Just pray there ain't any damage
