Vibrating noise Laguna 1.9dci
My laguna 1.9 dci 2001 is sooo sluggish when trying to pull away. There is a vibrating motorbike like noise coming from behind the dash when accelerating, but not when stationary. I reckon it might me the
valve after reading a lot of posts. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
I've recently changed the Air Mass Meter and that didn't work. It's also smoking like Bob and caning the diesel.
Where is the
and how do you get it off and how do you clean it?
The vibrating noise may be the upper engine mounting which is located at the drivers side. Mine has gone but I've not replaced it yet. The vibration is when the engine is under load and because the rubber mount has failed you are hearing metal to metal contact. It's only held on by two bolts but costs around £90. Hope this helps
