A good link Donald but if you read the small print its says - "and electric windows/sunroof closed if vehicle has total closure". In other words if the windows close when the appropriate window mechanisms are fitted. From what I see it just piggie-backs of the internal central locking switch.
In other words if the windows don't close when you press the internal central locking button it won't work. As far as I know renaults with this feature may have different window regulators - if not then wired differently. The delayed closing system works via the multi-timer unit.
