In other words if the windows don't close when you press the internal central locking button it won't work. As far as I know renaults with this feature may have different window regulators - if not then wired differently. The delayed closing system works via the multi-timer unit.
To late Scatz has just pointed that out oh dear,Renaults i had a Clifford fitted to my Ford Cosworth back in the 90's but i fear it had what was required to fulfil the job,ah well cheers Donald
