Here's a thought - when those in motorsport wish to cap or limit the amount of horsepower a set engine size produces - what do they fit?
They restrict the size of the air intake.
True, but they've also reduced the amount of fuel the competitors are allowed to use in a race, they've reduced engine size, number of cylinders and set rev limits all to do the same as fitting a restrictor.
As yet I've not voted in the poll as the answer I'd give isn't an option.
