Start with left front one first as its closest to the heater intake
I found the little rubber flap under the passengar side scuttle, removed and cleaned that. I did a water test and water flowed out quickly each side.

One thing I did note that was when I lifted the scuttle up was a large triangular uncovered hole that looks like it goes to the back of the dash. I'm assuming that this is for the heater intake ? There is only half inch lip around this hole and am wondering if it should be covered up to stop water getting in ?
