electrical problems

First of all this concerns my new car (ford focus) so I apologise if Im posting in the wrong place.
I could do with a little advice regarding some minor electrical issues.

The following functions don't seem to work
  • intermittent rear wiper
  • heated rear screen
  • air resurculation
  • interior light doesn't come on when door is opened but works when switched on manually

I've been reading alot of posts on other forums about electrical issues very similar to mine but no one seems to have an answer. Could anyone point me in the right direction? I've checked the fuses, none are blown and it appears none are missing.
