Some important tips (not full instructions) are: loosen the top shock bolt not the bottom one, do the nearside first as there is some give in the fitting of the offside bush (they are specific to each side), you don't need to disconnect brake lines or xenon levelling bars but the nearside is a squeeze - remove the cover over the three bolts and drop the beam right down, supported by a jack (with the back of the car on axle stands) then you've just got enough room to squeeze the tool over. The offside bolts can just be loosened and the beam pulled back since it is more manouverable not having brake lines attached.
