Hi and welcome to the forum. If you are confident with a set of spanners them I suppose you could have a go at doing the timing belt at home but it is not something I would recomend!!!!!!
The camshaft needs to be locked into position (using a special tool) and I thimk I'm right in saying that the bottom pulley does not sit on a keyway. You would have to be extremly careful about what you were doing.
Secondly if you get a garage to do the job you will get some sort of guarrantee. Not too sure what part of the world you are from so obviously rules like this vary from country to country.
I'm sure that lagdti will read this post and offer you more guidance but I'm sure he will agree, and to let a garage do it.
