Nothing really specific (never had a back window replaced, touch wood).
Just be careful when closing it - don't slam it (at least for a few hours); check the heated window works, wiper, high-level brake light, also that the glass has the same colour tint as the remaining windows.
You may wish to check for any bits of glass in the seat folding mechanism (I presume the seats were folded), as this can tear the material & jam the moving parts.
Its not like a side door, the glass can't drop into the tailgate (as its bonded on).
Best of luck, and watch the work being done - its a marvellous process.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
