Hello Daryl and welcome to the forum.

Not too 'ofey' with the workings of a speedo but has your Clio got stock wheels and tyres or have they been changed . Only reason I ask is because if they have been changed for larger/smaller wheels then this could have an effect on the speedo reading as the rolling distance is changed. If they are stock wheels, maybe someone else will be able to advise.

If your ABS light is on I would suggest you get your brakes tested......most, if not all, garages charge no fee for a brake check. Best to err on the side of safety where brakes are concerned
