With a multi-meter connected between the positive battery lead and the posyive terminal of the battery you colud try disconnecting the alternator connections.
There's no current drain showing now though. I could've done that when there was a current flow showing but there's no point at the moment.
I've been out in the car and disconnected the battery again when I got back. 13.2v and no current drain.
