In my opinion true xenon headlights are at best 30% brighter than ordinary filament bulbs so I can't figure out how tungsten bulbs filled with xenon and still rated at 55 watt can be 50% better. I have no doubt the light might be whiter in colour but I would find it difficult to believe a whole 50%. Better still how could they get the xenon gas to flouresce without some form of discharge and exciter equipment. Xenon is primarily used in discharge lamps which work on the same principle as stand flourescent lighting.
