If you lift the wiper arm off the spindle there should be a nut underneath, undo the nut and it should ? come apart, BUT they tend to seize on, the Haynes manual says carefully use a flat bladed screw drive to lever it off but other members have recommended a puller to remove it.
I was typing my answer as doug was posting his, must be a quicker typer than me but the answers are more or less the same
