Renault Laguna 2 - Noisy Wiperblades

Not sure this is the right place but here goes.

My wipers have started making a strange noice. It's the blades on the glass rather than mechanical so not sure if anything can be done.

I have Bosch wipers on with a spoiler on the drivers side. When they are on, no matter how wet the window is, the drivers blade makes a horrible and very loud bang as the rubber changes direction. It doesn't do it at low speed as much so I think it might have something to do with the spoiler.

Short of changing the blades (which I am loathed to do as they are in very good condition) is there anything I can do as it drives me mad when it's raining!
