Hi transistor and welcome to the forums.
First up to adjust the headlights there are three adjustments that can be done.
Inside the car below the steering wheel on the right hand side there will be a tiny wheel that looks like a heater controll with the numbers 0 - 4 written on it. This should be set to 0 (turn on the headlights first) with just the front seats in use.
If this fails to help you will need to go under the bonnet.
On top of the headlight is a small motor with a plastic 8mm headed bolt. This can be used to fine adjust the up and down beam adjustment.
Behind the headlight at the bottom there should be a small toothed wheel that can be adjusted using a screwdriver. This will adjust the side to side beam adjust.
I would strongly advise getting your local garage to do this for you though as they will have the aparatus to set the beams correctly.
Hope this helps and the next post will help with your other question. Kind regards Oily.
