Question Fan switch plug

Since winter is not far away (hopefully), and my fan switch was not working, I decided to have a go at it to see whats what.

I removed the radio compartment and unscrewed the 2 bolts holding the fan switch etc, made sure that everything is connected fine, pressed the switch plug in place to make sure it is connected fine and hey presto, the fan switch was working again, so I thought it might a lose contact or something.

I unplugged the plug and this got me worried.

Should I change the plug? how hard is it? Anyone got any for sale?
