I strongly suspect the plug won't be available new without a new loom,so your best bet is a trip to the scrappies.
The one thing to worry about is that the plug to the rheostat and the fan motor could be in a similar state.I've seen a few Clio 1's with overheated and melted connections to both recently,so I'd have a look under the bonnet and check the motor/rheostat connections.They are hidden under the plastic cover under the wiper arms and it's not a difficult job to do.
