Never actually did it on our Megane but on nearly all cars its a straightforward job without the need to remove wheel arch liners etc.Not 100% sure but It should be a case of just removing the cover from outside - just prise off the cover. Remove the white bulb,fit an orange one in its place and then fit the new blue cover insted of the original orange one.

If you look in the handbook in the bulb replacement section it should tell you how to change the side indicator repeater bulbs - just follow those instructions.
The side repeater covers are not always quite as easy to remove as the books would have you believe tho, so take care not to scratch the paintwork.
