It's up to you Stef,but if you really do want something done about this accident black spot waiting to happen,you really ought to contact the Police before someone does get hurt.I'm sure they will want to investigate the incident thoroughly and take a look at the road surface,your car,and get a statement about the conditions when the accident happened.If they can stop anyone else having a nasty accident at this junction I'm sure they will be interested in helping prevent it,after all they are the ones that have to clear up the consequences.

You were lucky,the next ones might not be.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
