Mmm.....seems to ring a bell.

It was laid on a particular piece of road in my area which included a very fast down hill bend.......the motorcyclist low sided off his bike and landed in the path of on coming traffic with the expected completely awful results.

To be honest,it was one of the reasons that I gave up my brief experience of riding a bike on public roads,it came at the wrong time and the chap who died was the same age as me,albeit being a much more experienced rider than me.I thought that if it could happen to him,it could happen to me......

If you want to know about road conditions, ride a bike,it really does open your eyes.I am a much better car driver now,and have the up most respect for anyone that wants to ride a bike on our roads.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
