I doubt if the road surface is that recent. If you look closely in the first picture you can see there has been a repair around the storm drain. Also the natural camber of the road tends to slant towards the left - yet it appears you skidded to the right.
It could have been patched straight after the surface was laid. A road near me has recently been re-surfaced, when they did it the left out any ironworks, like grids, man holes etc, then the filled them in around it afterwards. They could have done the same here.
