Anyways, i have a 51 reg, v6 initiale i took it to the garage on friday to get the rear bushings and mot done.

When i picked it up and drove out i noticed that the sat nav/radio display was dead, although the radio was on, took it back to the guys in the shop and they told me to bring it back today as it was probably just a fuse.

Well the upshot is that they are telling me the fuse is fine and the unit is knackered and it will cost at least 1000 pounds to replace, i am gutted it was perfectly fine when i brought my car in but they are saying they did not do any electrical work so they cant be responsible.....

So, any ideas is there a cheap fix or used units available
anyhting to help, i am dreading losing any power else i would be without radio as i would then have no way of inputting the radio code....

Bumping out of desperation, any ideas guys?
