I have the exact same issue. How did you get on in the end?
Renault Customer Services
and them asking questions direct with the dealersip, they agreed that a car this young shouldn't have had
problems and coupled with the bad service/troubleshooting from the dealership side of things, they decided to pay the full costs of replacing the
which was done later that week. Thankfully I didnt have to pay the costs of this as it was running around £400 mark. (over and on top of the costs for looking at the problem and the unnecessary wiring check that was carried out previously!)
I would advise phoning Renault Customer Service, talking through the problem and if you have had problems with dealerships, make this known as I believe dealerships have monopolised with poor service and inflated prices for too long and something needs to be done about this!
Hope you get a solution sorted! Let us know how it works out for you.
