Hi Nicky and welcome to the forums.

Sounds to me like one of the microswitches has gone open contact or something causing it to be sending a signal all the time.... hence draining the battery. Thats my thinking on this one anyway.

Have you noticed if the car locks / unlocks when you stand near it with you actually pressing any buttons on the keycard.

Give Gary a bell from the following website and he may well be able to advise further a fix the issue for you if its a problem with a microswitch.

A lot of our members have used him and he provides a first rate service. You will need to send the keycard away to him for a few days though.
