If you buy a new one from Renault(around £60),then as long as you quote the number thats on the sticker on the old reciever,they can match one to your key.If you buy a second hand one,then I think you'll need the keys to match it,you can then just swap over the key blades from your old keys.I've only ever fitted new ones,so I'm not 100% sure what the proceedure is with second hand ones.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
