According to the Haynes manual not all Dci engines have a fuel temperature sensor. On those that have it fitted I assume the
monitors the fuel temp and adjusts the start up sequence differently. If no sensor is present and not connected the
may assume there is a fault and therfore prevent the engine from starting.
Is it possible to change the components over from the original engine.
