Radio removal for Authentique Phase 3

I'm trying to remove the radio from my 2002 Renault Espace Authentique (phase 3), but I'm stuck!
My car has the radio in the middle, just in front of gear stick (not under the drivers seat). It is the original Renault radio.
I cant get the wiring blocks off the back of the radio. Does anyone know how to remove the wires? They are very difficult to get to so I cant see the whole fitting, but they do have a yellow tab on one side, with the wires coming our the other side.
For info I want to fit a parrot ck3000 bluetooth kit.
