My neighbour fits Parrot kits for a living and I watched him fit a kit to his own Lag II Tourer last weekend. After sliding the radio from the dash he was able to unplug the muti-plugs one at a time. He just used his fingers and a small screwdriver to ease them out gently watching for the spring catches as he went. Yes they can be very tight! He also tok a picture of the setup first. He also advises removing the fuse first in case you short something in the process. So have your radio code handy
