It's fairly straight foward.There are some T20 screws holding on the panels down the side of it behind the wheels,and then some more holding the underside.The main body of the bumper is held on with 10mm nuts which are accessible if you remove the interior trim along the back of the boot and the interior trims either side of the boot.The bumper then just slides off towards the rear of the car.

If your still having problems,let me know and I'll take some pictures of where the fixings are.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
