I'm going to have to start playing the randomly changing bits of suspension 'till the clunking stops game on my Lag now too. It copes fine with big bumps - indeed, it takes speed bumps like a brand new car, but uneven surfaces and patchy road surfaces make it knock a little more than I'm comfortable with now.

The top mounts don't seem to have any play in them and the shocks seem perfectly smooth, so I'm gonna try changing the drop links first, as it's a quick, cheap job. The rear just needs new shocks, since at least the N/S is ¤¤¤¤ged and makes a worrying grinding noise on compression/decompression.
