We drove our 2002 Clio dci over a car park speed bump and the engine cut out.
On trying to re-start the car starts but wont run.
The recovery driver suspects it is the Fuel Impact Cut off switch and this needs re-setting.
Have looked everywhere I can think of in the car for this switch but CANT FIND IT!!
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE IT IS????
We have established it is NOT in the same place as a petrol car. i.e not next to the battery.
have you looked on the fuel rail at the front of the engine? Im sure thats where my mates 1.5dci 02 plate one is located. If not im sure someone on the forum will come along and advise you.
oh, you will need to remove the big chunky plastic cover too.
