Im sure you can buy the xenon headlight washer cover from Renault dealers here in the UK, and if I reckon correctly they are not very expensive. I imagine the other part is available too.

Getting parts / info from UK main dealers is / are much easier to get than you are experiencing but sometimes can be a pain. Some parts are in stock at the dealer but some do need ordering but one take a couple of days normally.

Not sure about them sending overseas to OZ, but I imagine if you were to arrange you own courier etc then it shouldnt be a problem.

I tend to use Sunwin Motors (Renault & Nissan) dealer on 0044 1159444499 because they are local to me and they are a good bunch.
Maybe get in touch with a supplier such as Parts Gateway who will refer a query to brakers etc and also specialists and then explain you need international postage - I can't see there would be a problem and while not the cheapest they generally have good contacts / availability

Your case is simplified as the parts you're looking for shouldn't be faulty so would not need any returns... although they could get damaged in transit, so you would want an insurance option on the shipping. Shipping might be pricy though

2002 Renault Laguna II 2.2dCi Initiale, 1990 E30 325i Touring (Bavarian Tigzwerken Express)
