Any tyre fitting place should be able to do it, though the things do seem to be pretty fragile, so there's always the chance that they won't be able to get it off in one piece.

If they can transplant it, then it's a straight swap and the dealer won't need to be involved. If they can't, then it's 25 quid for a new valve, and the dealer's minimum labour charge for fitting and reprogramming.
