If its a Renault alarm it may interior pressure sensors. Lock the car leaving omne window open - allow 30 seconds for the alarm to arm itself - then stick your arm inside and wave it around to see what happens. One other method is open the bonnet and find the press down contact button - stick it down with tape. With bonnet still open lock the car and after 30 seonds or so - undo the tape.
To get the correct colour for touch up - you can either go to Renault with the VIN number and hopefully they should be able to come up with the colour or have a look on the driver doo rpillar for the paint code. With the correct paint code a local motor factor may be able to supply a suitable match
