I know many mechanics re-use the hub nuts but strictly speaking they should be replaced as they are designed as a once only nut - Haynes is correct for once. Having siad that I have never seen one fall off yet. I suggest you go ahead and do the work using the old nut until you are sure all is correct and then fit new nuts. My local Renault dealer has a bin full of new hub nuts - in fact I have even seen them supplied with wheel bearing kits.
The caliper bolts should be available separately - I have even heard Halfords have been known to stock them.
